Free Light of Nigerian Youth Foundation (FLONY) is a non-governmental and nonprofit organization founded on 17 May 2020. The foundation focuses on positive development that reduces poverty and supports programmes that stimulate the economy through self-reliance among women and youths across Nigeria.

Programmes That Shape Our Work
FLONY trains and empowers women and youths to drive a new era of entrepreneurship development, growth and productivity, helping them gain employment or become self-employed agents of positive change.
Entrepreneurial skills development is used as a tool for poverty reduction, conflict mitigation and the promotion of social cohesion across communities.
The foundation engages in conflict training, mediation, reconciliation, dialogue, resilience skills, inter-religious harmony and non-formal education that fights stereotypes, ignorance and prejudice.
FLONY promotes democratic processes, civic education, nonviolent conflict resolution, freedom of rights, good governance, social accountability and sustainable development that communities can continue.
